While we realize that perhaps you are able to afford to spend the time, energy and money to locate and hire the correct builders, architects, engineers, planners and designers to create your family's home, we also know from speaking to hundreds of your peers from all over the U.S., that many of you would prefer a turnkey solution. Sundog Places is that solution. With a team consisting of all of the above disciplines, we integrate the process of building your vacation home into the fun, exciting experience it was meant to be.
At Sundog Places, we have initiated a simple philosophy that makes the dream of building and owning a second home an easy process. Our goal is to help you complete the dream of having that special place where you and your family can build your traditions. So when we develop a nano-resort community, we will always offer to build your home as opposed to just selling you a "lot". As we open our design centers and stores in new markets, we will also assemble a collection of custom homes for families who already own a lot in the market.
We focus on two main themes in the design of our homes. First, we spend as much time thinking about the outdoor living areas as the interior spaces. Second, we work hard to incorporate energy efficient design and building practices based upon each market's specific climate. Our objective is to help America move toward energy independence through building more efficient homes.
