Info & Preliminary Guidelines

Club Facilities

A) Private lake front facility on Bear Creek Lake which includes:

1. Timber frame pavilion with kitchen, bathrooms, and showers.
2. Luxury yurts for overnight camping
3. Boat dock

B) Business Center at 6925 Hwy 107 Cullowhee, NC 28723

1. Access to high-speed internet connection
2. Conference room
3. FedEx & UPS packaging and additional office supplies

Membership Terms & Fees

A) There are NO club initiation fees. All Sundog clients are Members, and can enjoy access to the Lake Pavilion on Bear Creek Lake. Clients include:

1. Owners at Sundrops on Caney Fork 2. Owners of a Sundog Custom Home. 3. Immediate family of Sundog Club members

B) All Members can rent special items ala carte. All inclusive summer packages will be offered to cover all of the special items upon request. The special items include:

1. Pontoon boat 2. Canoes, kayaks, tubes, water bikes, misc. outdoor gear/toys 3. Luxury yurt camping on Bear Creek Lake 4. Pavilion and kitchen for private events such as family reunions or weddings

C) Additional notes: all guests accompanied by a member will be admitted at no extra charge. Friends or renters who will be using the facility will have the same ala carte options with a daily fee. There may be an additional charge for private events if the Sundog Staff is required for services. Club membership is guaranteed for owners of Sundrops on Caney Fork, however membership is available for a limited time only on a first come first serve basis for clients building custom homes outside of a Sundog Places community.
